A CODEC Moment for Devonwho and All City

Anyone who is familiar with watching video online will have experienced glitchy stutters here and there. VLC player springs to mind spitting out kaleidoscopic squares and colours just when you need it least. The complicated world of video CODECs has riled many a Videographer. Mark Gilligan, Brian O’Tuama and Donovan Delaney however, have turned this problem into a very impressive solution using said glitchy effects in their arsenal to create a mesmerizing video for LA based Devonwho and their Strange Brew EP. Due for release on All City Records this month.
